It appears Quebec consumers have regained their confidence and optimism about the state of the Canadian economy, based on a study released September 30 by Retail Council of Canada's Quebec affiliate association, Conseil Quebecois du Commerce de Detail (CQCD). The survey, which polled 1001 Quebecers between August 20 and September 12, focused on Quebec consumer spending trends and buying habits to gauge their perceptions of economic well-being and buying intentions.
