Member Notice: REMINDER: P.E.I.'s New Gift Card Rules Commence September 1, 2010

Retailers on Prince Edward Island are reminded that the province's new rules for Gift Cards commence on September 1, 2010. The Gift Cards Act, which received royal assent on May 19, 2010, brings P.E.I.'s Gift Card rules in line with those in place in most other Canadian provinces.
