Member Notice: Newfoundland & Labrador Launches Paint Recycling Program
Paint Retailers in NL must register with MMSB by December 12, 2010

On Monday, Nov. 15, Newfoundland & Labrador's Department of Environment & Conservation announced the implementation of amendments to the province's Waste Management Regulations under the Clean Environment Act allowing for the establishment of an industry-led and financed paint recycling program.
