Member Notice: Changes to Daylight savings time in 2007
Beginning in 2007, daylight savings time will begin earlier and end later in the United States and in most jurisdictions in Canada. In August 2005, U.S. President George W. Bush signed legislation calling for daylight time to start on the second Sunday in March and extending daylight time by a week to the first Sunday in November.
