If Passed, Changes Would Take Effect Immediately
Nova Scotia's governing Progressive Conservatives seem poised to support legislation recently tabled by the Opposition Liberals that would prohibit retailers from opening their doors on statutory holidays, including upcoming Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
