Member Notice: Preliminary Duties Imposed on Adult Diapers
RCC Continues to Monitor the Issue for Affected Retailers
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced yesterday that it would impose preliminary duties on imports of disposable adult incontinence briefs imported from France. A 16.2% duty will now be imposed on these products until a final determination on this matter can be reached.
