Member Alert: RCC Scores Major Win On LPO Licensing Requirements In B.C.Retailers grappling with the looming June 1st implementation date for new loss prevention licensing requirements will have three additional months thanks to RCC lobbying of the provincial government. The Solicitor General's office has confirmed that the regulation will be changed so LPOs will now need licences as of September 1, rather than June 1st as was originally required in the regulation.
