Member Alert: New Industry Stewardship Association Formed In B.C. For Portable And Floor Care Appliances RCC Members Must Comply With New Regulations In 2011

The British Columbia government has recently expanded its Recycling Regulation to include a broad set of electronic and electrical products including portable and floor care appliances. As a result, RCC members may have a legal obligation to establish an end-of-life recycling program for the portable and floor care products they produce and/or sell in British Columbia.
